The Storm kept their season alive by winning a bi-district play-in game at Olympia High School.

Skyview, the No. 3 seed from the Greater St. Helens League, advanced to a first-round game Thursday at Bellarmine Prep (17-3) in Tacoma.

Skyview (16-5) started the season 11-0 but had lost four of its last six games. The Storm rediscovered their successful form in a loser-out game.

“We had two great practices coming in,” Skyview coach Brett Johnson said. “They knew from those first 11 games what they had to do. It’s always defense. We looked a lot better today, flying all over the floor.”

Maddie Hendricks scored eight of her 16 points in the first quarter, which ended with Skyview ahead 20-6. Henricks also had seven rebounds.

Skylar Groesbeck and Kazz Parks each scored 12 points. Emily Norton added 11.

Sydney Brazier scored 18 points for Enumclaw (9-14).
